This time it’s the turn of Jessica Grimditch, Press Officer at Suzuki GB PLC and Suzuki Ireland, who won the award in 2018.

Q: How did the Newspress Rising PR Star award help your career?

A: The Rising Star award gave me more confidence in my role and gave me more recognition within the industry.

Q: What is your greatest PR achievement?

A: Winning the Best Press Office Guild of Motoring Survey three times within the four years I’ve been at Suzuki in a two-man team.

Q: What do you most love about your job?

A: Putting on great events where we can show off our product and building relationships with the media.

Q: What advice do you have for those starting a career in automotive PR?

A: Build good relationships and maintain them, it will pay off! Always give the customer what they need.
