Red Marlin celebrates it's third birthday

3 years of success for Red Marlin

Specialist automotive PR and communications agency Red Marlin has celebrated its third anniversary with a record month of coverage and activity for its clients. With an expanding portfolio of clients and services on offer, the company secured positive exposure in a range of broadcast, online and print media including BBC Radio 4, The Daily Telegraph and Classic & Sports Car magazine amongst others.

“Red Marlin was established at the height of the recession in 2009 when many automotive businesses were making some fairly drastic cuts,” explains Danny Rughoobeer, managing director, Red Marlin. “With so many new start-up’s failing in their early years, the odds were stacked against us reaching our third birthday, so I’m delighted that all of our hard word and commitment to delivering an exceptional service and fantastic value for our clients has been rewarded accordingly.”

Road safety remains a key area of interest for Red Marlin but it is now also heavily involved in other motoring related sectors including alternative fuels, environment, vehicle servicing and even classic cars.

And it’s not just Red Marlin’s sector coverage that has expanded as the company now offers a more comprehensive service offering than ever before.

“The communications landscape is now very different to just three years ago when we set up,” continues Rughoobeer. “Traditional print media still plays a very important role for us, but increasingly we’re integrating this with many digital channels such as video and social media to deliver comprehensive campaigns that generate the most cost effective returns for our customers.”
